In this video, I take you to the magnificent Nowruz festival in Baku.

Note: I kept saying April in the video. I meant March 🥲

We gathered in Qosha Qala, Baku Icherishehir, to celebrate Nowruz with colorful costumes, enthusiastic music and traditional dances. We experienced the cultural richness of Azerbaijan and the enthusiasm of Nevruz together.

This holiday heralds the arrival of spring and calls people to unity, solidarity, peace and cooperation. Kosa and Keçəl (Bald Head), the main heroes of Nevruz, add color to the festival as the favorite icons of the holiday. A magnificent acrobatic show was also performed by Azerbaijan's popular wrestler.

For thousands of years, we have preserved Nevruz traditions like the apple of our eye and brought them to this day, and they have never lost either their importance or their significance for us!
And how happy we are that, as the whole of Azerbaijan, we have brought this wonderful holiday to Karabakh, thanks to our President, our soldiers, martyrs and veterans! From now on, we will celebrate all our holidays as Azerbaijan, with great enthusiasm, happiness and pride!
May God have mercy on our martyrs, give patience to our martyrs' families, and protect our soldiers.

We will always keep the cultural heritage we inherited from our ancestors alive in our hearts and traditions. I shared with you everything from the symbols of Nevruz to fun events at the festival.
