The low power heartbeat circuit I found on YouTube then modified by me. By changing the suggested LED to a flashing LED and tuning the circuit with a variable resistor I made it beat twice in a realistic manner. You can make the time between beats longer by increasing the value of the capacitor if needed. Hopefully I made electronics a bit more interesting 😉
I found the ideal voltage to be 3.4 to 3.7v with a 3v LED but it worked OK with 4.5v.
