In this morning’s edition of The Macro Show, Hedgeye CEO Keith McCullough answers a subscriber question regarding the stocks our analysts like and how to manage them within the current economic Quad.

“If I have 4 shorts and 2 longs, I could be neutral to the Small Cap factor exposure. This game isn’t easy when you get out of #Quad2,” explains McCullough, as he highlights managing individual equities within the overarching factor exposure.

“When the Machine changes, and you aren’t in the process of changing, you’ll either learn your lesson violently and all at once, or you’ll deny that it’s happening.”
