Ingredients list:

2 cups lentils
2 cups brown rice
1 cup oats
1 cup split peas
1 cup sunflower, flax or sesame seeds (ground)
12 cups water
1.5 cups nutritional yeast
Approximately 5 cups chopped veggies (local in season)
I cup sunflower oil either before or when finished cooking.
About 1 cup total as you feed the dogs, drizzled over food; flax, hemp or other nutritious oil for omega fatty acids.
