Starting my journey to get better from severe back pain, I, Mrs Gargi Bhattacharya, found solace and recovery under the care of Dr Amitabha Bandyopadhyay, Chief Consultant - General & Lap. Surgery at Narayana Hospital - Brahmananda, Jamshedpur. This narrative is about transitioning from enduring relentless pain to embracing a life of comfort and normalcy.

It all started with back pain that wouldn't go away and made me feel dizzy. I thought it was just because of acidity. But when it didn't get better, I decided to get it checked out more. My family and friends who had surgeries done before told me to see a doctor. So, I did, and after some tests at Narayana Hospital, they found a big stone inside me that was causing all the trouble.
Meeting Dr Bandyopadhyay gave me hope. He knows a lot about surgeries and made me feel less worried about getting surgery. He and his team did a great job with my surgery, which started my getting better.

The care I got at Narayana Hospital after my surgery was kind and supportive. Now, as I think back after getting my stitches out, I'm so relieved. The pain that used to bother me so much is gone.
I want to say a big thank you to Dr Bandyopadhyay and everyone at Narayana Hospital. They showed me how important it is to get help when you're sick and how caring doctors can change your life.
