I started documenting my recovery on here a number of months ago.
So much has changed since then, and I always try to be so positive.
But honestly this last month, things became very difficult again.
I didn’t know how to respond to it, I s badly didn’t want to be struggling. But I am. And that’s reality.
The important thing is I’m keeping going, it’s just taking a number of days to get back on track. But I will.
I’ll keep finding fi.
And I know I’ll look back on this more difficult time and will be thankful I took that deep breath and kept on going.

More positive videos to come I hope, but yes. Things have been tricky.
