Douglas Ross asked Humza Yousaf if he ‘panicked’ because ‘extreme Greens’ were about to jump before he could dump them, during First Minister's Questions in the Scottish Parliament.

The First Minister announced on Thursday morning he was "terminating" the Bute House Agreement after nearly three years.

The move outraged the Greens, who accused him of "cowardice" and said he had "betrayed" voters.

But SNP Westminster leader Stephen Flynn offered his support, saying the move was "in the national interest".

At First Minister's Question on Thursday afternoon, Scottish Tory leader Douglas Ross announced he was taking the action to oust the First Minister.

Labour leader Anas Sarwar said Yousaf's move was a "humiliating U-turn".
