Primary school teacher George Konstantinidis is an amateur mycologist who transformed the world of Greek mycology.

Stephen Axford and Catherine Marciniak were lucky enough to steal a day of his time to chat to him about his forays into the Kingdom of Fungi, the mushrooms of Greece, the best way to pick a boletus,
and why he calls the body of fungus - mother mycelium.

Music courtesy of Manitarock - George's mushroom rock band.
