Jay Cohen, from Blass Law, discusses some of the laws for people who have a license to carry. In Texas, license holders may carry a handgun 🔫 while concealed or in a shoulder or belt holster. If a business has a compliant 30.06 or 30.07 sign, that means no 🚫 guns 🔫 allowed. If someone in the business tells you they don't allow guns 🔫, walk 🚶 out. Concealed carry is permitted on college campuses unless they provide notice complying with 30.06. It is illegal to carry a concealed weapon to a bar, sporting event 🏈, hospital 🏥, amusement park, jail, or government meeting. If you take a gun 🔫 to jail, plan to stay there.
