5924 Great Oak is in a nice pocket of craftsman homes off of Figueroa and not far from the Eagle Rock border. The house is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in just over 700sf. There is a flat usable area though and it appears to require minimal upkeep. The one-car garage in front is likely too small to park in so it would be more useful as storage.
