After an incredible few days at Die Oog, our routing took us to yet another destination that wasn’t on our original travel plans - the Rooiberg in the Limpopo Province.

And we found the perfect place - Doorndraai Lodge & Caravan Park - a privately owned game farm offering a variety of accommodation options including 5 star camping. But what really appealed to us was the recent addition of wild camping on the property.

After a superb few days bushveld camping with my mates, we were back on the road - destination Caracal Lodge, Elandshoek in Mpumulanga…but we never made it!

Seems fate had other plans for us!
