G. Vijaya Raghavan or GVR, as he is fondly known, is the Founder and ex-CEO of Technopark, Trivandrum, India’s first Electronic Technology Park. He was a former member of the Kerala State Planning Board. He is the Founder and Former Honorary Director of National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH), the Honorary Director of Centre for Autism and other Disabilities Rehabilitation Research and Education (CADDRE).
