In this video I have shown how to repair a 48 volt charger. This charger has two smps. When one of the smps is off, the other one is off. The biggest one is the chopper that charges the battery. The voltage required is supplied by a small smps. If this supply voltage is broken,If don't get voltage the IC, repair the small smps. then switch on the small smps with CA888 circuit.
