Retaining strong teachers and building their self-efficacy is more important than ever. With a renewed focus on improving student academic outcomes, it is imperative that we arm teachers with the tools to quickly see and address the various learner profiles in their classroom.

Digital Promise’s Learner Variability Project and MindPrint Learning have partnered to study how teachers’ ability to understand and address learner variability impacts teacher self-efficacy and, ultimately, student outcomes.

Early results are promising, with students showing growth in both Math and Reading achievement and teachers showing an increase in perceived self-efficacy.

Administrators committed to improving teacher satisfaction and student outcomes will not want to miss this event. This work is sponsored by a generous grant from the Walton Family Foundation.

Join this webinar to learn:
*What the research says about the link between teacher self-efficacy and student outcomes
*Why understanding learner variability is key to improving teacher self-efficacy
*The amount of professional development (hint: it’s very small!) required to make a big difference in teacher mindsets and behaviors

In this webinar, our speakers Jennifer Burns Stillman, Ph.D., Director of Research, Learner Variability Project at Digital Promise, Barbara Pape, Senior Director of the Learner Variability Project at Digital Promise, Vicki Algeri, Senior Director of Learning & Customer Success at MindPrint Learning, Greg King, Ph.D., Director of Research at MindPrint Learning, and Pany Jraige Britt, Director of Student Supports at Invictus Academy of Richmond will delve into these findings and discuss ways to apply them in our schools.
