Norway is a world leader for rapid adoption of electric vehicles of all kinds... could it do the same for the even more sustainable option of electric bikes?

I revisit my trip to Kristiansand Norway back in January 2020 to see how things look there. Norway's new car sales are now over 50% EVs but it's clear that doesn't solve problems like congestion, use of public space and so on. Could E-Bikes work in a cold, challenging location like this?

Also some channel and life updates about what I'm doing with the two E-Bikes I'm riding here in Aarhus Denmark after my move out of the UK, and selling my old Hyundai IONIQ Electric.
