Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. CEO Abner Kurtin tells Proactive the New York-based, multi-state, vertically integrated cannabis operator has been approved to sell adult-use cannabis consumers in the state of New Jersey.

Kurtin says the group is one of the first operators in the state to begin adult-use sales in the next few weeks, which will begin with its flagship Ascend Rochelle Park dispensary in New Jersey.
