The Stand Up General Lee is a '69 Charger built by Rich Sephton. He was a mechanic on The Dukes of Hazzard TV Show, and Rich built this car outside of work (on his own dime) for the The Dukes of Hazzard's Final Episode. Unfortunately, the Wheelstander General Lee never made it into the show... and caused 30 years of chaos for Rich Sephton. Many different versions of the story have been told in recent years, but they all leave out several parts of the story.
