​@SurfLakes went into detail on the deal in their Project Spotlight at this past Surf Park Summit. The 'Pura Vida' development could become the biggest surf pool resort in the world once complete.

With a 12-acre Surf Lakes XL at its center, the 400 acre high adventure community will be located just south of Austin’s international airport. Land, zoning, water, and wastewater have all been secured.

Ground-breaking could begin as early as mid 2023.
