This is a great question if you are not familiar with the process and that's why you got to watch this before starting a decal business. A printer - cutter is the best equipment you can get if you can afford it but let's be honest, not many people has thousands of dollars to start a decal business and that's why starting with just a vinyl cutter makes more sense.
