Making your own cabinets can save a lot of money and this fast, easy and accurate and a perfect weekend project; I used laminated pine for the cabinet and Birch for the door frames and finished up with some gorgeous barn wood that I collected many months ago which came together in a stunning new look of mixing old and new wood and to top it all of the self closing hinges make this a dream cabinet to make, especially for the woodworking shop; tools were simple, a table saw, the dowelmax doweling tool, a router with rabbeting bit and of course a cordless drill and not forgetting and accurate square and the rest is easy ...
