In Kent one of the big problems with e-bikes and e-scooters is the risk of people getting the bike or the scooter and not realising that there's rules about using them and then how to charge them safely. There's a real concern that you could cause a house fire. Listen to John Scott our Trading Standards Officer as he explores the potential hazards and how to protect yourself, loved ones and members of the public.
