Tom reviews the updated-for-2023 Toyota Corolla hybrid hatch, including fuel economy, tech and interior, and driving dynamics.
The Toyota Corolla competes with the Mazda 3, Hyundai i30, Kia Cerato, Volkswagen Golf and other small cars.
One thing the Corolla does so well is deliver amazing fuel economy consistently. I got 3.8L/100km and it’ll take 91 octane which is quite cheap at the bowser.
However, it’s quite expensive to buy at about $38K driveaway! Is the Corolla worth it?
As always, we don’t accept advertising from car manufacturers, and we’re powered by Budget Direct - so this is an independent, honest review of the Toyota Corolla.
