2 medium sweet potatoes (9 oz | 250g )
16oz | 500g | 3 cups frozen peas
1 oz | 30g dairy-free butter
5oz | 150g | 1 cup leek or onion
1 garlic clove
5oz | 130g | 2 cups kale
8oz | 250ml | 1 cup vegetable stock or water

Seasoning:
1tsp mixed dried herbs
salt and black pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
