This weeknight meal is full of nutrition 💖and very satisfying👌🏼! Store-bought pesto sauce is a shortcut for this recipe. 🤫If the kiddos 👶don't like salmon, they'll LOVE the pesto sauce with pasta!👍🏼

🛒INGREDIENTS:
1 (2 - 3 pound) whole salmon filet (wild caught sockeye used in video)
1 – 2 cups Kirkland’s Pesto sauce (Costco brand or any brand you prefer)
1 large lemon
Dash salt
Dash pepper
Butter (optional for pasta)
1 – 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil (for pasta)
🛒Sides:
1 package angel hair pasta (or pasta of your choice).
Rice or veggies can be substituted for a low-carb alternative✅
Extra Pesto sauce (for topping or dipping)

Large pot to boil pasta
