This video is a 3D rendered preview of a @BMW i4 M50 in the Dravit Grey Metallic paint (Dravitgrau). Such videos are also known as BMW Digital Brochure.
The car is a render based on a custom configuration. Future owners can get a clearer view (although virtual) of what their future car would look like.
This is possible through the BMW Emotional Virtual Experience (EVE): whenever your dealer generate your configuration, it is rendered in 3D in the cloud and you then get a link to watch for a limited period.
The 3D engine used for this process is the Unreal Engine from Epic Games.

I am sharing these as you may have, like me, found the classic BMW configurator kind of limited.
