Ingredients You'll Need:
1 cup crab meat
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup lite sour cream
1/2 cup lite mayo
8 oz. cream cheese
2-3 dashes Tabasco
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lawry salt seasoning
1/2 lemon, juiced
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
