Today marks day one of my 2.5 week intermittent fasting. Join me as I go through my journey of how that goes. Specifically I am doing the 20:4. I have 20 hours of no food and a 4 hour window to eat a meal and maybe a small snack. This is just the beginning of my journey to a better body. This will be a long journey, hope you're ready for the ride.
