Greece. This is what happens when you leave a car in a private parking lot for too long (over a year), without permission, not giving a ****..
Update: The owner threatened people when they asked him to take the car away. The car was trashed after his threats on wrong people. He didn't even appear after that. That was a special and actually weird case for Greece, things like that usually don't happen here. Of course, the legal way would be wiser, but not convenient for this country, for it could take up to 10 years to finish the case, and sometimes even more.
