This video covers step-by-step instructions on how to update the software on your Genesis G70.

You will need a 64GB USB drive for most vehicles in the Genesis line or an SD card for older year models.

The download can take about 30min.
Transfer of update to the USB drive can take about 30min.
Update of Vehicle about 15-30min.

Steps for Update:
1. Download & Install the Navigation Updater software.

2. Open the installed program & Login using your Genesis Owners account.

3. Select your platform within the program and click OK.

4. Select your storage location or leave the default. Click on Next.

5. Select the path to where you want to download the files to or leave the default location. Click OK.

6. The updated file will start downloading. May take up to 30min.

7. Once done, the next step is to plug in the USB drive to your computer. Click on Copy to USB. The process will take another 30min.

8. Once done, you are ready to update your vehicle. Take the USB drive and plug it into the USB port of your car.

9. Put the car into Accessory mode. Go to your Infotainment Screen and select, Setup -- General -- Software Update.

10. Once ready, tap on Update. Follow the on-screen prompts. The update may take 15-30min.
