On January 25, 2023, Gina Calder, MBA, MPH, FACHE, delivered a Zoom webinar titled "Inclusive Leadership: From Concepts to Practice."

Calder, who is president of two hospitals in BJC HealthCare, one of the largest nonprofit health care integrated delivery organizations in the country, talked about how we can ensure our organizations thrive by transforming our leadership approaches to be more inclusive. She also discussed how we can enhance the care of our patients and health of our community, simply by engaging our most critical resources - our people.

Calder earned her BA, MPH and MBA from Yale University and is an executive leader with a track record of inspiring and equipping teams and organizations for breakthrough performance. She has been recognized with several professional and leadership awards for her work and service in Connecticut and Missouri.
