Opening weekend of archery deer and bear in D7 in California. Hunted a wonderful area, lots of water, food and shelter. Saw only one doe and 3-4 bears.
Had lots of fun either way, my deer camp was full as I didn't have to camp all by myself 😊
Got to try out an e-bike - I think I'm hooked!

Will be back this weekend, less driving and more hiking.
This is a hidden gem, only a few hunters were here for this huge area!
