Ingredients:
To activate the Yeast:
Instant yeast 1 tsp
Powder sugar 1 tsp
Warm water 1 cup
To prepare the dough:
Regular flour 1½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Refined oil 1 tbsp
Activated yeast
For stuffing:
Paneer 100g
Chopped Onion 1
Chopped capsicum 1 tbsp
Chopped curry leaves 8
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Salt taste wise
To prepare the figured bun used:
Urat dal for eyes moon
Semai for moustache
Method:
Activate the yeast, Yeast, sugar & warm water. Rest for 15 minutes. Take 1½ cup regular flour add refined oil 1 tbsp , salt½ tsp, activated yeast. Knead the dough till it becomes smooth. Greas oil 1 tsp on the dough. Rest for 1 hour in a warm place. An hour later , the dough will rise. Release accumulated gases. Again knead the dough until it becomes smooth. Now cut it off with a knife the dough into two part. Each part make slices into 3 parts. Let's roll them all in our palms and make a ball. Sprinkle regular flour & roll a ball. Add stuffing & wrap it. Give shape as you want. Myself make a mouse as I like it. Cut the dough with the help of scissors. Make ears, hands & legs as it shows in the video. Please watch the video until the end to avoid missing the details. Used urat dal for eyes, semai for moustache. Join the tail with water. Grease baking tray with refine oil. Place on a tray covered with baking paper & let sit for 45 minutes. Pre heat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C. After 40 minutes take out the tray from oven. Let the buns cool. Serve it. This is so delicious, you make it every week. Be sure to try this recipe & write to me, okay?
