John 1:10, and said to him, “Everyone serves the good wine first, and when people have drunk freely, then the poor wine. But you have kept the good wine until now.”

Jesus desires to fill our new year with the extraordinary. If we will obediently offer our ordinary, Jesus will provide the extraordinary. Jesus takes our ordinary prayers, ordinary acts of gentleness, kindness, and service and brings wonderful goodness out of them. Jesus takes our sacrifices, heartaches, and brokenness and brings redemption, hope, and healing. In Jesus, no pain is unending and no sacrifice meaningless. God always makes things better, and when we are willing to serve Him the best is always yet to come. Let’s pray together and trust God to have a Jesus-filled 2024.
