Why Real Estate and what is your commitment to Real Estate? Some people have to have a full-time job while they are entering their real estate career. Being a part-time agent is hard, as you must accommodate your clients according to their schedule during the day, evening, and weekends. The goal is to become a full-time realtor. Sphere is important, find yours. Maybe cold calling, or maybe you love biking, golfing, etc. Create your clientele. Think about what you life will look like in 10 years – then you can start small steps. Being with an organization that offers support and education is extremely important and then joining the team that is knowledgeable and will help you grow. There are plenty of top agents who love to share their experience and offer support.
