MEET the three daredevil men who spend their days cuddling LIONS. First up, we’re with Shandor Larenty in South Africa. Sometimes dubbed the ‘Lion King’, Shandor has formed an unbreakable bond with 250kg lion dad George – but can he immerse himself as part of George’s family and become one with the pride? Next up, we meet Armand Gerber who spends his days cuddling up to 10 roaring lions. In addition to hand-feeding his colossal ‘family’, Armand has learnt an unusual trick – how to play football with them. Finally, we’re with the self-branded ‘Lion Dad’, James Smith. A proud ‘father’ of two lions and two ligers, James has developed a bond that is strong with his big cats, and female lion Zella will sometimes suck on his thumb like a baby.
