The Twin Cities River Rats joined Dawn Stevens for a preview of their Aquatennial shows. This year's performance is themed "Under the Ski". Shows on Thursday and Friday start at 7 p.m. on the banks of the Mississippi between the Broadway and Plymouth Ave Bridges.
