What makes the human immune system healthy, and what goes wrong in disease? Using cutting edge technologies such as flow cytometry and single-cell RNA sequencing, scientists at the Allen Institute for Immunology – together with research partners across the country – are working to develop a consistent, standardized, and comprehensive understanding of the human immune system.
