He was also the afternoon DJ "Gabel Herman", hosting the "Stardust Time" program. Word on the street was he recorded a number of these shows in advance, to allow for late afternoon "activities" before heading home. He passed in 1968, but thanks to these tapes "Stardust Time" was still on the air when I stopped by the station in November of 1988. Enjoy the best music on the air lanes.
