The first video we've filmed in F-Log 2 on the FujiFilm XS-20 and the first negative review I've had to give on a product. I was unfortunately very let down by this tripod that had SO MUCH hype surrounding it. From a lackluster quick release system, to shoddy build quality, and customer service that left a lot to be desired.. There are plenty of better quality products on the market, and many companies who will offer better customer service as well. Is this a bit of a hot take? Maybe.. but I can't be the only one who's had a bad experience with this tripod or with Ulanzi. Do better!
