How to make 100% Oats bread
Learn how to make these healthy oatmeal breads. A healthy oats recipe alternative to flour.
Oat fladbread! We promise you won't be disappointed.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup warm water
½ tsp salt
sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
1. Add oats, water and salt to a bowl
2. Blend for 1-2 cycles or until smooth
3. Let soak for 15 minutes
4. Pour the batter into the hot pan
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Don't be tempted to flip too soon or it will break! fry for 4-5 minutes on the other side.
6. Add your choice of fillings and enjoy!
