The Rio Salado College community was invited to connect and be inspired on Feb. 26, 2024, to celebrate the impact and achievements of Black women in academia. This panel brought together a dynamic group of leaders and educators to discuss their experiences, challenges, and triumphs within higher education.

The event began with a virtual panel discussion, open to all students, employees, and community members. Participants engaged with our speakers and gained valuable insights into the roles and contributions of Black women on our campuses and beyond.

This event was proudly presented by Rio Salado’s DEIB Council, committed to advancing a culture of inclusivity and recognition of diversity in all its forms.
