Make your lawn weeds free. Used a spreeder set a #5 with lesco poly plus formula. 24-5-11. Water every day for 7-10 min when it starts greening up. If there is any fertilizer just fertilizer that area only by hand after another 7 days go back to your normal watering schedule.
