Formaldehyde meter - the meter I used seems to now have changed the formaldehyde detection ability. I have bought most every 'cheap' formaldehyde meter I can find to see what works and what doesn't (cost me a lot!).

Every meter I tested except for one was unable to discern formaldehyde from other common compounds which means that the meters would frequently measure formaldehyde when there wasn't any - rendering the meters useless. One meter I tested used different sensing technology and was able to discriminate much better.

When purchasing, make sure you order the A25F or possibly the A15F - other models don't detect formaldehyde. The A25F is the model I tested and has the advantage over the A15F that it also detects nano-particles in the air. It is kind of expensive - but.. it works.
