Bon French, CFA, chairman of Adams Street Partners, joined CFA Society Chicago on October 5, 2021, to provide an update on the private equity industry. He also addressed the growth in the private equity/private credit asset class as well as the opportunities and challenges therein. This included his thoughts on the continued democratization of the private markets arena, the growth in interest in ESG investing, and what the private equity industry is doing to further diversity, equity and inclusion.
