The best part of the recipe is the addition of the fresh ingredients just before the end of the cook-off. This is what makes you DROOL and lick your finger with every bite.

Recipe
Serves 3-4
1/2 kg chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
4-5 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp fried onion paste
4 tomatoes (chopped)
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chili powder
3 tsp garam masala
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1'' ginger cut into juliennes
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp crispy fried onions
5-6 mint leaves (chopped)
salt to taste
Warm water as required
