Cheap Toolbox Welding Cart for about $60 plus the cost of the toolbox. I was interested in this toolbox welding cart design because I have multiprocess Esab Rebel welder that comes with a lot of equipment. Also, I needed a setup that was able to handle 2 different bottles because depending on what type of welding I'm doing, I need two bottles.

Like I said in the video, I took inspiration from one of ZT Fab's kits. I'm not taking shots at ZT Fab. You can't compare what I made here to one of their kits. My labor is free and I'm using a cheap cut off wheel to cut my material. He is using a laser cutter, a press brake, and is paying for labor. So, his costs are understandable. Go check out his stuff because I haven't heard anything bad about anything he sells. https://www.all-a-cart.com/

Obviously, you can use whatever size toolbox you want. I purchased my materials for the box size and bottle sizes I was working with. For reference, my setup uses a US General 26" x 22" toolbox and I have 125cf (7" diameter) cylinders. My setup is about 36" long and nearly 24" deep. If you have a larger box or larger cylinders you will have to scale up what I made here. Buy some extra material because nobody is perfect haha.
Here is a list of the materials that I used to make this cart:
-16ft of 2" angle 1/8" thick
-8ft of 2" wide plate 1/8" thick
-2ft of 7" wide plate 1/8" thick
Casters were reused from the toolbox and bolted onto the new frame.
