During a recent community discussion on equity in bonding, Rep. Fue Lee (59A, DFL) discussed Governor Tim Walz' proposed Local Jobs and Projects Plan, which is aimed at BIPOC communities. The event, which largely took place during a neighborhood-wide blackout, was held on Feb. 29 at Pillsbury United Communities' Oak Park Community Center.
