In the Young Thug / YSL trial on Monday (April 29), Shannon Stillwell's lawyer Max Schardt was first up, and he got into it with Lakea Gaither, who retired in 2020 as an investigator with the Atlanta Police Department,

Gaither was the lead investigator into the 2015 shooting of Dexter Montgomery, which is the basis for seven of the 191 overt acts supporting the racketeering (RICO) conspiracy charge against Young Thug, Stillwell and their four co-defendants, Rodalius Ryan, Deamonte “Yak Gotti” Kendrick, Marquiavius Huey and Quamarvious Nichols.
