One of the most common challenges I meet when I work with product teams is that a lot of their work is being blocked by internal corporate politics. It can be a problem with different stakeholders in the organization or the internal team dynamics - the way teams make decisions and set priorities. Too often, remarkable initiatives are blocked because we poorly communicated them or unknowingly stepped on someone's toes.
