Tropical Storm Isaias continues to move north-northwestward eyeing a South Carolina/North Carolina landfall tomorrow during the second half of the day. Heavy rain amounting to 3-5", locally more, along a swath from Charleston, SC through the Mid-Atlantic is becoming the main headline with the storm.
